READING MONTH:
This week we will be making
pirate ships out of aluminum foil, and then we will be testing them as to
whether they sink or float! We will also
be making predictions to see how many pennies each ship will hold while
floating!
Next week we will be focusing
on Tinkerbell, and during the last week of March we will be working with
shadows!
I am checking the children’s
March calendars and if they have read at home 4 days a week, they will earn a
prize for reading month! They are
allowed to read a book from home if they forget to trade out their book from
their take-home folder.
WINTER CLOTHES:
I do NOT have much for extra clothing…please be sure that your child has all of the clothing for outdoor recess. I check the temperature before recess. If it is cold they still wear snow pants, even when there isn’t any snow. J
